CANNABIS: NEXT-GEN, will explore why businesses will need to take a human-first and experience-driven approach to cannabis marketing, e-commerce, customer acquisition, and branding in 2020 and beyond. We will explore this through the lens of three sub-themes:
- Attention Revolution: Our obligation towards having a deep and profound respect for people’s interest and understanding of cannabis.
- Empathy Economics: The business of seeking a deeper connection with your audience through understanding and shared experiences of health and wellness.
- Policy Matters:Giving people the freedom and space to be themselves and connect and communicate more naturally and safely is important for our community. It starts with our policy makers and civic leaders to change the narrative.
